About the role
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Manage and maintain the ATS (Ashby), ensuring data integrity, tracking candidate progress, and generating reports as needed.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize recruiting processes and improve efficiencies.
- Communicate with candidates, providing timely updates, answering questions, and ensuring they have a seamless interview experience.
- Assist with employer branding efforts, including job postings, social media content, and candidate outreach.
- Support onboarding efforts by ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to new hire orientation.
- Take initiative in improving and streamlining scheduling and coordination processes.
- Develop foundational recruiting skills with a path to growing into a full-cycle recruiter role.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS is required.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism in candidate interactions.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic startup setting.
- Passion for recruiting, talent acquisition, and creating a top-tier candidate experience.
- Interest in growing into a full-cycle recruiter role in the future.
