About the role
- Manage the entire lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and an ambassador for Neocol’s brand.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand and address evolving staffing needs.
- Develop and continuously improve recruiting strategies, tools, and processes.
- Identify and engage passive, niche candidates within the Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Salesforce implementation partner domains.
- Use Greenhouse to monitor candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and ensure a seamless process.
- Drive Neocol’s growth by bringing top talent into a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment.
- 3+ years of experience recruiting within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce Revenue Cloud and/or consulting environments.
- Proven ability to source and engage specialized, passive candidates in niche markets.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and relationships quickly.
- Expertise in ATS platforms, particularly Greenhouse, and recruitment metrics tracking.
- Preferred: Experience with international recruiting.
- Preferred: Established understanding of recruiting needs in a consulting environment.
