Full-stack Engineer

• Lead the technical and functional delivery of Salesforce SPM implementations, including Sales Planning, crediting, quotas, attainment, and performance tracking.
• Translate client business requirements into scalable and maintainable SPM solution designs and configurations.
• Design and govern SPM data models, including transactions, credits, participants, and time periods.
• Lead data rationalization, transformation, and loading from upstream systems such as Sales Cloud, CPQ, ERP, or billing platforms.
• Own complex attribution, crediting, quota, and period-alignment logic to ensure accurate and explainable results.
• Perform technical and solution reviews to ensure scalability, accuracy, and long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Sales Operations, Finance, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
• Serve as Release Manager for SPM workstreams, owning deployment strategy, execution, and environment management.
• Manage source control, review and merge pull requests, and execute deployments to production with rollback support as needed.
• Coach and mentor junior SPM consultants and technical team members.

• On the delivery side, the Senior Director drives operational excellence across Neocol’s Data, AI, & Analytics capabilities ensuring strong performance, profitability, and talent development.
• They lead and mentor a team of architects and specialists, guide the execution of complex client engagements, and foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
• Acting as both solution strategist and architect, the Senior Director defines standards, resolves challenges, and ensures Neocol consistently delivers innovative Data Cloud, Agentforce, Tableau and supporting technology solutions that create real business impact.

• Act as the functional lead on Salesforce implementations, owning discovery and requirements gathering, solution design and platform configuration strategy
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using clicks, not code
• Lead client discovery sessions and workshops to uncover business needs and identify gaps
• Serve as the Experience Cloud expert, designing and configuring partner and customer-facing portals
• Guide solutioning efforts across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives

• Own the company's forecasting and financial insight engine while partnering closely with executive leadership
• Establish a rolling, driver-based forecast and operating cadence that delivers weekly executive-quality insights
• Own driver-based forecasting across bookings, revenue, cash, and margin
• Analyze and forecast services economics, including utilization, realization, bill rates, and margin by service line
• Build scenario and sensitivity models to support growth, pricing, and capacity decisions
• Conduct rigorous variance analysis and post-mortems to identify root causes and improve forecast accuracy
• Stand up a portfolio of high-impact programs that enhance sales forecast quality
• Deploy AI, automation, and best-in-class planning and analytics tools
• Provide clear regular reporting on project metrics around Gross Margin and the drivers impacting the business
• Support analysis of ROI on the strategic investments being made by the business
• Drive overall P&L rolling forecast to align budget with factors evolving through fiscal year
