Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, BizReach, talent communities, referrals, and events to build a diverse pipeline.
Lead candidate outreach and communication, representing Kraken’s brand and culture and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Use data and market insights to guide recruitment strategies, improve processes, and anticipate hiring needs.
Collaborate with the wider talent team to refine tools, workflows, and elevate the candidate experience.
Drive employer branding initiatives and share market intelligence to boost visibility in key talent communities.
Champion DEI by embedding inclusive practices into every stage of recruitment.
Work closely with global talent partners to share knowledge, align strategies, and scale hiring operations.
Act as a trusted advisor providing guidance on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive positioning in the JAPAC talent landscape.
Requirements
Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing across multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent communities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative mindset with ability to partner across teams (recruiters, hiring managers, global colleagues).
Comfort working with recruitment data and metrics to track progress and inform decisions.
Proactive, curious, and solutions-oriented approach.
Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience and driving inclusive hiring practices.
Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, BizReach, Gem, or other ATS/CRM platforms.
