Coordinate and manage interview scheduling for professional and graduate hiring (Interview Scheduling ~30%)
Manage agency administration including contract lifecycle management and invoice processing (Agency Administration ~20%)
Provide administrative support for graduate recruitment projects and assist employer branding initiatives (Graduate Hiring & Employer Branding Support ~20%)
Support pre-onboarding activities including document collection and filing (Pre-Onboarding Activities ~10%)
Maintain and update Applicant Tracking System (e.g., SuccessFactors, Job Suite) for accurate recruitment data (ATS & System Maintenance ~10%)
Perform additional TA operational tasks as required to ensure a seamless candidate experience (Other Duties ~10%)
Work closely with Talent Attraction Partners, Hiring Managers, and candidates to ensure a professional candidate experience
Requirements
2-5 years of work experience in the administrative support field, ideally in Human Resources
Work proficiency in English (must)
Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with Hiring Managers
Passion for international, industrial oriented environment
Creative problem solver and strong team player
Flexible, eye for detail, strong business acumen
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Motivated and eager to take initiative; able to work independently and in a team
Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Outlook) and calendar management
Experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Job Suite)
