About the role
- - Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other tools.
- - Manage end-to-end integration lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and support.
- - Partner with internal and external teams to ensure data integrity and security across systems.
- - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- - Maintain documentation and version control for all integration processes.
- - Design and deliver advanced Workday reports (custom, matrix, composite, dashboards) to support HR and business needs.
- - Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
- - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- - Drive adoption of self-service reporting tools and train users on best practices.
- - Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday integrations and reporting capabilities.
- - Provide strategic input on Workday roadmap, enhancements, and optimization opportunities.
- - Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical and functional best practices.
- - Stay current with Workday releases and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Requirements
- - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, or related field.
- - 5+ years of experience with Workday, including at least 3 years in a lead or managerial role.
- - Deep expertise in Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/Inbound/Outbound).
- - Strong experience with Workday reporting tools and data sources.
- - Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
