About the role
- Develop and implement structured training plans in alignment with customer-provided materials.
- Design and prepare training courseware, tools, and resources to ensure effective delivery.
- Facilitate training programs that drive stable performance and enhanced service quality.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive training documentation and adopt appropriate methodologies tailored to content and objectives.
- Contribute to the development and management of an internal trainer team.
- Formulate and oversee quality management approaches to address and mitigate project-related quality concerns.
- Collect, analyze, and report on quality performance data, providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
- Conduct issue analysis, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurring quality issues.
- Support the development and management of an internal quality assurance team.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in at least one specialization area, either Training or Quality Assurance.
- Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent command of the English language, with fluency in reading, listening, and speaking.
- Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and accountability.
- Strong logical reasoning, keen attention to detail, and a proactive, results-driven work ethic.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules.
- Willing to be assigned in Imus or Bacoor City, Cavite.
