About the role
- Build Apollo’s AI Platform & Sales AI Assistant for end-to-end sales workflows; expand prompt template library and incorporate GTM best practices into AI offerings.
- Develop and guide vision, strategy, and roadmap for expanding Apollo’s template library, aligning with company strategy to deliver AI-driven sales engagement solutions.
- Design, analyze, and refine prompts tailored to various sales tasks to drive desired responses and enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and data scientists to ensure prompt designs contribute to a unified, user-centric experience.
- Continuously optimize prompt generation process to improve system performance, personalize messages, and select optimal communication channels.
- Integrate prompt designs into NLP models to enhance Apollo’s AI platform and facilitate smarter outreach.
- Evaluate and iterate on prompt designs using data analysis and user feedback to improve conversational capabilities and alignment with user needs.
- Develop and maintain KPIs to measure effectiveness of AI prompts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of advancements in AI, NLP, and machine learning and apply them to Apollo’s business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working with AI, NLP, and speech recognition applications, particularly in enhancing targeted messaging.
- Proficiency in prompt writing and familiarity with common prompt writing techniques and evaluation.
- Domain expertise in GTM or prior sales experience.
- Deep understanding of user behavior, empathy for user needs, and the ability to design prompts that effectively communicate with users.
- Strong data analysis capabilities to assess and improve prompt performance and user interactions.
- High-level familiarity with large language models and their application in prompt design.
- Background in creative writing or content creation is a plus.
- Effective communication with cross-functional teams, including: developers, designers, and product managers.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure that prompts are error-free, visually appealing, and aligned with the overall design aesthetic of the application.
