About the role
- Participate in paid national and local focus groups, clinical trials, and market research studies
- Attend sessions either remotely online or in-person depending on the study
- Use products or services when required and be prepared to discuss usage
- Complete written surveys and follow written and oral instructions
- Arrive at least 10 minutes before scheduled discussion start time
- Provide honest feedback to sponsors and partners
- May participate in single one-hour sessions or multi-session studies for different compensation
Requirements
- Show up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
- Participate by completing written and/or oral instructions
- Complete written survey provided for each panel
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided
- Must have either a smartphone with working camera or webcam on desktop/laptop
- Must have access to fast and reliable internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the given subjects
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Administrative assistant experience is not necessary
