• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes with autonomy and agility
• Handle a high volume of tech vacancies, ensuring quality and speed of delivery
• Perform active, strategic sourcing (LinkedIn and other sources)
• Manage the candidate pipeline with a focus on conversion, quality, and diversity
• Conduct competency-based interviews (soft and hard skills)
• Prepare structured assessments to support decision-making
• Work closely with leadership to understand the context and real needs of the teams
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience
• Monitor KPIs (time to hire, SLA, conversion, etc.) and drive continuous improvement
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
