About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and automate business processes and services on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Build solutions using modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and others.
  • Develop applications using App Engine.
  • Create and configure workflows, forms, integrations, and business rules.
  • Participate in technical discovery and requirements gathering with clients.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions.
  • Ensure development best practices and governance on the platform.
  • Work on projects using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement of delivered solutions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (functional, business, and architecture).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and others.
  • Platform configuration and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
  • Experience with Flow Designer.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (inbound/outbound).
  • Experience working with agile methodologies.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Advanced English (desirable for international projects).
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD and/or CIS).
  • Advanced Spanish
  • Fluent English
  • Postgraduate degree / MBA
