About the role

  • Report to VP of GTM Enablement and be a key leader within the GTM organization and GTM Operations senior leadership team.
  • Direct a team of Sales Enablement leaders / Learning Business Partners and coach them to excel as strategic consultants and expert facilitators.
  • Develop and drive a best-in-class GTM enablement program aligned to a 3-year Business and GTM strategy and transformation.
  • Drive execution of GTM onboarding, training programs, and role-based learning journeys to support Account Executives and GTM roles.
  • Orchestrate the content development lifecycle with Program Managers and Instructional Designers to build multi-modal learning journeys and post-program reinforcement.
  • Align enablement with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive GTM motion and consistent value messaging.
  • Establish and manage KPIs and reporting cadences to measure business impact and communicate progress to field leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM strategy, or a related field, preferably within a B2B SaaS company.
  • At least 4 years of experience directly managing and developing enablement or learning professionals.
  • Proven ability to translate business goals into a cohesive and measurable enablement strategy and create scalable processes.
  • Exceptional ability to influence and align with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Deep understanding of modern learning principles and the roles of business partners, program managers, and instructional designers.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., Value Selling, Challenger Sale) and sales processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic adjustments.
  • Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), LMS, and other enablement technologies.
  • Experience delivering Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) and in-person Instructor-Led Training (ILT).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
