About the role
- Own and manage the GTM onboarding program end-to-end to ensure new team members ramp effectively
- Plan and coordinate onboarding sessions (virtual and in-person), including scheduling, stakeholder communication, and new hire travel support
- Oversee event logistics for onboarding sessions, including booking hotels, coordinating speakers, and arranging meals
- Partner with subject matter experts to design, deliver, and continuously evolve onboarding content tailored to GTM roles
- Facilitate onboarding sessions and deliver engaging experiences
- Monitor onboarding outcomes, analyze feedback, and iterate programs to improve effectiveness
- Contribute to design of learning solutions that foster skill development across the GTM organization
- Develop blended learning solutions (e-learning, instructor-led training, workshops)
- Maintain training modules within the LMS, ensuring onboarding content remains accurate and relevant
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
- Implement feedback systems and analyze survey, assessment, and performance data to evaluate impact and recommend improvements
- Partner with GTM leaders, Enablement, and HR/People teams to align programs with business needs
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure program adoption and effectiveness
- Support GTM Connect planning and execution, including scheduling, agendas, content curation, and co-facilitation
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in learning design, training, or program management, preferably in a sales or GTM environment
- Demonstrated experience in managing onboarding or enablement programs
- Proficiency with Enablement Platforms (preferably Seismic)
- Proficiency with course-authoring tools (i.e. Articulate Rise)
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Knowledge of learning and development trends and technologies
- Ability to operate with minimal direction and take initiative
- Willingness and flexibility to travel ~1x per month (primarily within the US and Canada, with occasional trips to EMEA)
- Preferred: Familiarity with 1Password’s products and services
