Design and develop learning interventions using multiple delivery methods, including instructor-led, virtual classroom, and blended instruction
Incorporate best practices and real-world scenarios into instructional materials to effectively address performance issues
Write concise, creative, and effective instructional content
Ensure learning solutions are aligned with best practices in adult learning theory
Propose, design, and develop innovative learning solutions tailored to project needs
Prepare and submit course deliverables for review to the Instructional Design Manager, including design documents, storyboards, instructor materials, and participant materials
Ensure final project deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements
Support project work plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Psychology, English, Sociology or related field
Proven experience in instructional design and development
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in using instructional design software and tools
Master's degree in related field preferred
Two years of instructional design and development experience preferred
Two years of teaching or training experience preferred
