About the role
- Shape implementation approaches and provide product guidance, validate and approve implementation plans.
- Lead creation and delivery of documentation, content, training, guides, and enablement programs for internal teams and partners.
- Enable Professional Services and Partner Teams through training, advisory, and supporting services to scale service delivery.
- Serve as subject matter expert for Supply Chain Applications, guiding effective implementation strategies and acting as an on-call business process resource.
- Support key and late-stage sales opportunities as a process expert and provide actionable feedback to Product Management.
- Present Anaplan’s Supply Chain Applications vision and demonstrate solutions at internal and external events.
- Uphold and enhance implementation standards, monitor delivery, and ensure feedback is incorporated into product enhancements.
- Ensure successful implementation by advising implementation teams and driving ecosystem enablement.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in supply chain planning processes and experience implementing systems to support these processes (demand, inventory, production, procurement).
- Hands-on experience with planning tool implementations (Anaplan or comparable platforms).
- Strong knowledge of Anaplan’s Supply Chain Applications to support professional services teams and partner ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and knowledge-sharing skills; ability to present compelling content, perform product demonstrations, lead workshops, and develop enablement programs.
- Solid understanding of Anaplan’s platform (deep technical/architectural expertise not required).
- Understanding of product management, GTM operations and enablement.
- Professional services experience.
- Results-driven mindset; ability to collaborate across teams and deliver high-quality, impactful deliverables on deadlines.
