About the role

  • Bridge the gap between product strategy and engineering; drive planning, partnership, coordination, delivery tracking, reporting, and accountability across the product organization
  • Coordinate and run product operating cadences, including planning cycles, internal roadmap reviews, loss analysis, market analysis, customer feedback reviews, product committee meetings, status updates, and syncs
  • Report on product delivery, dependencies, and risks; maintain planning boards, product roadmaps, and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and visibility
  • Improve on-time delivery by unblocking teams, escalating issues quickly, and keeping everyone aligned
  • Define standards for execution quality, delivery predictability, and process adherence; create detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on delivery progress and product health
  • Ensure every Product initiative has defined success criteria and accountable owners; monitor product health metrics (adoption, usage, release quality), report insights, test hypotheses, and surface gaps
  • Partner with Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, and Finance to manage timelines, dependencies, launch readiness, and smooth handoffs
  • Stand up and manage tools and analytics dashboards; establish lightweight repeatable processes and continuously refine them based on lessons learned
  • Report to the Chief Product Officer and build the Product Operations function, starting hands-on and evolving into a manager role

Requirements

  • 15+ cumulative years in product management, product operations, program management/PMO roles with experience driving delivery in Product Organizations
  • Execution-First Mindset: focus on making sure commitments are met and results are delivered
  • Hands-On Operator: comfortable managing tools, running meetings, tracking dependencies, and producing reports
  • Metrics-Driven: accomplished at building and maintaining dashboards and using data to keep teams accountable
  • Communicator: experience communicating product updates, milestones, progress, risks, and next steps to team members at all levels
