About the role
- Lead a diverse team of leadership and recruiting roles to attract, evaluate, and hire physicians and sophisticated practice professionals
- Strategically collaborate with division leadership weekly to evaluate projections and implement action plans to exceed monthly revenue and budget targets
- Lead and manage through ongoing performance evaluations; mentor and coach leaders and team members
- Design and direct execution of candidate generation, sourcing, and recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain qualified employees
- Drive short-term and long-term talent resource planning including recruiting capacity planning and prioritization
- Drive proactive sourcing to grow specialty pipelines and manage relationships with Locums providers
- Measure return on investment from lead sources by supervising conversion of prospective candidates/clients into profitable business
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 14+ years of work experience
- Leadership experience leading large sophisticated teams
- Experience leading leaders (managing managers)
- Proven technical experience with enterprise software, cloud platforms, and mobile applications
- Healthcare Recruitment or Healthcare Systems experience preferred
- Mentoring and coaching skills in Business Acumen, critical conversations, conflict resolution, and listening
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards
- Experience with recruiting capacity planning, candidate generation, and sourcing strategies
