About the role
- Optimize day-to-day effectiveness of sales teams through data-driven insights, process design, and tool management.
- Develop, implement and continuously improve efficient sales processes; maintain up-to-date sales process documentation and guidance.
- Support complex deal structuring, pricing approvals, and sales policy enforcement.
- Support weekly forecast calls: ensure data integrity, identify pipeline risks, and surface key insights.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with sales leadership using historical performance and trends.
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards for leadership to track key revenue KPIs (ARR, win rates, conversion rates, pipeline coverage).
- Oversee CRM (Salesforce): ensure data accuracy, provide tools/resources/training, optimize processes, and drive change management for adoption.
- Generate and analyze sales & GTM reports: track performance, monitor pipeline health and sales cycle velocity, conduct win/loss analysis, evaluate customer segments and deal sizes.
- Provide ad hoc analysis for leadership, board meetings, and investor updates.
- Manage quota allocation and compensation processes; assist in refining compensation and commission models; ensure territory planning and track performance vs targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- 5+ years proven experience in revenue or sales operations, data analysis, or a similar role (preferably B2B Enterprise SaaS).
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and managing change across global sales teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, BI tools).
- Solid experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and account planning processes.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English and German.
