Human Resources

• Oversee all human resource functions of a facility, including manufacturing and salaried/office employees
• Provide strategic direction and change management support to address talent, culture, and operational excellence
• Serve a single location with 100–200+ employees; report to HR Director with dotted-line to Plant Manager
• Ensure Amcor employee relations principles are properly communicated and understood
• Interpret and apply Human Resources policies and align business goals with HR policies
• Manage recruitment, compensation, diversity, performance management, employee training and development
• Handle all types of employee inquiries and escalated employee issues; conduct investigations, discipline, termination
• Develop, coordinate, and conduct HR training programs
• Provide guidance to leaders on performance coaching, PIPs, IDPs, Human Capital Plans, succession and salary planning
• Provide guidance on workforce planning including organizational redesign, Talent Review/Selection, job description creation, promotions
• Partner and collaborate with business leaders and serve as a member of the leadership team
• Manage payroll and HR automated systems
• Support HR activities such as continuous improvement initiatives, affirmative action plan, integration, acquisitions, right-sizing
• Act as coach/counsel at all levels and lead employee improvement teams to promote positive employee relations

Human Resources Manager

Account Manager

• Key contact for assigned accounts within a territory providing tactical sales direction and communication strategies
• Implement business and marketing plans for assigned accounts focused on growth and increasing share of wallet
• Drive sales goals including profitable year-over-year growth for assigned territory
• Increase business with existing and new accounts through prospecting and networking
• Assist in key business negotiations supporting Amcor’s interests
• Build relationships with customers and cross-functional teams to support commercialization and onboarding
• Network externally with co-packers, machine suppliers, OEMs, industry associations
• Coordinate Sales Management, R&D, Marketing and Field Service for validation and customer trials
• Manage accounts receivable with assistance from credit department
• Work with Strategic Marketing on unmet customer needs and implement defined strategy
• Report performance achievements and drive forecast accuracy; manage Account Planning, Pipeline, profitability improvements, and churn in CRM tool

Account Manager I

• Account Manager serves as the key contact for assigned accounts within a territory, delivering sales direction and communication strategies to defend existing business and gain new business
• Work with stakeholders to implement business and marketing plans for assigned accounts and will focus on growth of an assigned territory with a concentration on growing share of wallet
• Drive for results: Deliver sales goals including profitable year-over-year growth for assigned territory
• Leverage knowledge of Amcor, our products, the industry and competitive market to enable the business to win
• Increase business with existing and new accounts through prospecting and networking
• Manage the complexities of account(s) in support of customer needs and effectively communicate the needs to the internal organization
• Orchestrate and support key business negotiations, supporting Amcor’s interests demonstrating an ability to influence decision and actions
• Relationship Management: Grow relationships with customers based upon trust and respect, enhancing the ability to have proactive & complex conversations
• Build collaborative relationships between Amcor and your account/s to include: leadership, marketing, R&D, with a view of enhancing sales initiatives and profitably while meeting customer needs
• Build and leverage cross-functional relationships to support the share of wallet growth strategies as well as support the commercialization and onboarding process with other key areas (both internal and external)
• Network externally to become familiar with key influencers and collaborators within the industry with a specific focus on co-packers, machine suppliers, OEMs, industry associations
• Stakeholder Engagements: Coordinates Sales Management, R&D, Marketing and Field Service in support of validation trials and customer trials
• Manages accounts receivable as acceptable levels with assistance from the credit department
• Work with Strategic Marketing to identify actions to meet strategic unmet customer needs
• With leader support, collaborate cross-functionally on the implementation of defined strategy (technology, product management, commercial) for the market and targeted segments
• Reporting: Report and communicate current performance achievements in terms of sales and marketing contribution to the business unit for monthly management reporting
• Drive forecast accuracy for improved business results
• Recognizes competitive insights marketing strategies, pricing structures or product performance and communicates intelligence to stakeholders

Account Manager - Southeast
