Support the HubSpot & Sales Operations teams with day-to-day CRM tasks such as data entry, list building, and user support
Help maintain clean, high-quality data in HubSpot through imports, deduplication, and audits
Assist with setting up email workflows, forms, dashboards, and basic automation in HubSpot
Document and organize HubSpot training materials, FAQs, and best practices to support internal onboarding
Participate in cross-functional projects (e.g. lead tracking improvements, territories assignment)
Research and present insights on new HubSpot features and industry best practices
Shadow and learn from HubSpot and Sales Ops team members on platform governance, stakeholder alignment, and process improvement
Requirements
Currently enrolled at a university in Germany (ideally Business, Economics, Engineering, Data, or related) with at least one year remaining in your studies
Based in Berlin and available to work 15-20 hours per week (flexible around exams and holidays)
Fluent in English (written and spoken); German a plus
Interested in CRM systems, marketing automation, and B2B business processes; prior experience with HubSpot is a plus
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (filters, pivot tables, formulas) or eagerness to learn quickly
Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable asking questions and taking initiative
