Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target medical schools across the United States.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including deans, faculty members, and administrative staff at medical institutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to tailor sales strategies and materials to meet the needs of medical schools.
Lead presentations and demonstrations of AMBOSS.
Track and analyze sales data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement; provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, pipeline development, and market trends.
Stay informed about competitors and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge in the medical education industry.
Serve as a brand ambassador for AMBOSS, representing the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Attend conferences, seminars, and other industry events to network with potential clients and stay updated on trends in medical education.
Requirements
2–5 years of owning a full sales cycle experience, primarily focused on outbound or consultative sales.
Strong motivation to grow your career in a mission-driven company.
Clear, confident communication skills — you're able to connect with people and explain things simply.
A sincere interest in healthcare, education, or technology.

Experience using CRM systems (like HubSpot) and Google Suite.
