About the role
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target medical schools across the United States.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including deans, faculty members, and administrative staff at medical institutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to tailor sales strategies and materials to meet the needs of medical schools.
- Lead presentations and demonstrations of AMBOSS.
- Track and analyze sales data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement; provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, pipeline development, and market trends.
- Stay informed about competitors and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge in the medical education industry.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for AMBOSS, representing the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Attend conferences, seminars, and other industry events to network with potential clients and stay updated on trends in medical education.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of owning a full sales cycle experience, primarily focused on outbound or consultative sales.
- Strong motivation to grow your career in a mission-driven company.
- Clear, confident communication skills — you're able to connect with people and explain things simply.
- A sincere interest in healthcare, education, or technology.
- Self-starter mindset: You don’t wait to be told what to do — you make things happen.
- Experience using CRM systems (like HubSpot) and Google Suite.
