About the role
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of client programs and initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
- Lead negotiations and close complex deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior account executives to foster professional growth within the team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, Retail/ Data solutions technology- MUST!
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
