About the role
- Manage the end-to-end process of enterprise EDI integration activations, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze integration performance against Shipper scorecard targets, implementing improvements as needed to meet or exceed goals.
- Ensure the stability of activated integrations by proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact clients.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and technical teams to align on integration requirements, timelines, and client expectations.
- Track and report on key metrics:
- EDI on-time rate
- EDI success rate
- EDI stability rate
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation, specifically working with EDI
- Proven track record of managing complex integrations or deployments with enterprise customers
- Strong analytical skills to monitor, analyze, and improve integration performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate effectively across teams
