Partner with GTM teams and Account Executives to run seamless product evaluations and drive new business revenue growth.
Build and curate corporate use cases by conducting targeted discovery into clients' research workflows and pain points.
Forge and maintain strong client relationships with corporate professionals to understand challenges and establish credibility as a domain and product expert.
Run tailored demos and high-impact evaluations to guide prospects to successful outcomes, including on-site workshops and multi-call demos.
Translate client feedback and proactively share product and content improvement requests with internal Product and Content teams.
Play a key role in product Betas and the customer feedback loop; champion client perspectives to influence product development.
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in a corporate role, or directly supporting corporate clients in a fintech/SaaS organization, with exposure to workflows in at least one of: Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Corporate Development, or Investor Relations.
Demonstrated interest in Generative AI and knowledge of the competitive landscape for GenAI in corporate workflows.
Executive presence and strong presentation skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and explain technical solutions to business audiences; comfort conducting on-site workshops, whiteboard sessions, and multi-call demos.
High-impact, ownership mindset with ability to work autonomously and drive workflow transformation.
Consultative approach: highly articulate, confident, and able to distill complex issues into simple terms.
Team player with strong internal relationship-building skills and a positive, proactive personality.
Ability to work cross-functionally and distill client feedback to GTM, Product, and Content teams.
Fluency in Chinese/Mandarin and English.
