Product Operations

• Define, implement, and refine the processes, tools, and communication frameworks that connect the Product team with the rest of the company.
• Act as the central hub ensuring product strategy transparency and that customer feedback is heard.

• Establish and own the process for collecting, triaging, and acting on customer feedback, enhancement requests, and bug reports.

Product Operations Manager

Data Analyst

• Build data models, reporting and dashboards to accelerate company growth and support IPO readiness
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Engineering, AI Research, Content, Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Finance to tackle strategic, operational, and technical initiatives
• Analyze business performance and develop metrics, reports, and dashboards that inform business strategy and drive action
• Conduct data deep-diving and open-ended exploratory analysis to understand drivers of key trends and outcomes and uncover actionable insights
• Exercise creativity to find hidden patterns in data and present discoveries through compelling dashboards and storytelling with data
• Support the “single source of truth” by creating and maintaining data models and identifying and correcting data gaps and inconsistencies

• Responsible for the end-to-end integration of third-party content and data feeds.
• Work with external and internal stakeholders to create detailed requirements for broker data and content.
• Collect product & workflow enhancement requests from brokers & internal stakeholders.
• Applying agile development methodology and working iteratively with engineers and various stakeholders to define scope and deliver features and improvements rapidly, while iterating to make improvements.
• Work with other members of the broker research team to continuously analyze our processes and tools, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and unlock new capabilities by infusing AI and LLMs into our operations.
• Manage and maintain strong broker and independent research relationships with key decision makers; including product, business, technology, and operations teams.
• Project manage partnership initiatives with research providers.

• Own delivery of key strategic initiatives within the revenue organization.
• Oversee all aspects of project coordination including timeline, requirements gathering, UAT, quality, and training.
• Meet with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate those requirements into specific deliverables.
• Proactively identify gaps within our internal systems and processes; working with finance, legal, and sales to align how to best solve.
• Partner with our Enablement team in the rollout and adoption of new processes and tools.
• Oversee all stakeholder communications, negotiations, and problem-solving. Ensuring sales, finance, and legal are aligned on collective outcomes.
• Work closely with our Salesforce admins and developers to ensure we have resources to deliver against our timeline and objectives, highlighting potentially areas of conflict or delays.
• Nice to have experience launching large-scale initiatives in a startup environment.
