Partner with GTM teams and Account Executives to run seamless product evaluations and drive new business revenue growth
Build and curate Financial Services use cases through targeted discovery into clients' research workflows and pain points
Run tailored demos and high-impact evaluations for prospects, including on-site workshops and whiteboard sessions
Engage directly with investment professionals across levels/seniority to build rapport and uncover use cases
Take ownership of product evaluations from inception through to close, guiding prospects to successful outcomes
Translate client feedback and proactively share product and content improvement requests with Product and Content teams
Serve as a product expert and trusted advisor within the Pre-Sales team reporting to the Pre-Sales Manager, Financial Services
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Financial Services role or directly supporting Financial Services clients in a fintech/SaaS organisation (sales, client success, product, or related client-facing or investment role)
Exposure to workflows in at least one of: Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity/VC, or Hedge Funds
Demonstrated curiosity about Generative AI in Financial Services and knowledge of the competitive GenAI landscape
Executive presence and strong presentation skills; comfortable conducting on-site workshops, whiteboard sessions, and multi-call demos
High-impact, ownership mindset with ability to work autonomously
Consultative approach; highly articulate and confident client-facing communication skills
Team player with strong internal collaboration skills and positive, proactive personality
Ability to distill and translate client feedback to GTM, Product, and Content teams
High aptitude and willingness to learn
Outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills
Effective attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization under pressure
