About the role
- Champion Genesys AI vision and strategy to VAR and GSI partners; develop and deliver partner-facing workshops, webinars, and evangelization sessions
- Create tailored AI playbooks, demos, and value propositions for partner audiences
- Work closely with Account Teams to identify AI-driven opportunities and support joint account planning and go-to-market initiatives
- Assist in building partner pipeline acceleration strategies with AI as a growth driver; support sales and RFP/proposal inputs
- Serve as trusted advisor on AI solution design and integration with Genesys Cloud CX; collaborate with solution consultants and product teams
- Represent Genesys AI at partner events, conferences, and executive briefings; collect and share partner and market feedback
Requirements
- Experience in partner enablement, solution consulting, pre-sales, or sales engineering in enterprise SaaS, AI, or cloud CX
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, conversational AI, and customer experience technology
- Proven ability to influence and evangelize complex solutions to both technical and business audiences
- Skilled in executive-level presentations, storytelling, and value-based selling
- Experience collaborating with GSIs, VARs, or large partner ecosystems
- Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
