About the role
- Source highest-quality and most-relevant experts based on project scopes defined by Project Managers
- Develop deep understanding of relevant profiles and topics within assigned industry territories
- Conduct email and LinkedIn outreach and coordinate calls with prospective experts
- Conduct calls to validate expert background and onboard qualified experts to the network
- Document experts’ relevant experience clearly to facilitate client evaluation
- Answer expert questions, handle objections, and negotiate expert rates
- Support scheduling and monitor calls, troubleshoot connectivity issues
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in research, recruiting, talent sourcing, market intelligence, or a related role requiring proactive outreach and candidate/expert evaluation
- Inquisitive: naturally interested in learning and quickly see patterns
- Energetic: ability to manage fast turnaround projects, meet deadlines and targets
- Organized: ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Detail Oriented: strong attention detail, document core elements of an expert’s relevant skills or experience
- Excellent Communicator: engaging with industry experts to learn about their background and convey what it means to participate in our network
- Goal Oriented: motivated by identifying and delivering the best-possible expert profiles to Client Contributors
