Review, redline, and negotiate sales contracts and escalate key issues to stakeholders as appropriate
Collaborate with company attorneys to ensure contracts reflect current legal and compliance requirements
Partner cross-functionally (Product, Security, Privacy, Compliance, Marketing) to move deals efficiently through the sales cycle
Enhance and apply playbooks, policies, and processes to ensure consistency and conformance in contracts
Manage operations, including workflow management and systems
Provide general assistance to the AlphaSense legal team on contracts-related matters
Report to the Managing Counsel, APAC and deliver immediate impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
Preferably 1+ years’ experience with drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
Ability to analyze and review a broad range of global sales contracts including Master Services Agreements, Order Forms, Statements of Work, Purchase Orders, Service Level Agreements
Superior business acumen and a commitment to providing responsive support to teams
Experience managing a high volume of tasks for multiple stakeholders and prioritizing effectively
Familiar with following and developing contracts playbooks
Energetic and collaborative with strong communication skills
Effective communicator with ability to interact with internal and external professionals of all types and backgrounds
Experience with contract management systems and success in a high-growth tech environment a plus
