Serve as the face of the company for assigned clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our products
Build deep, trusted relationships with exchanges, brokerages, and fintechs
Manage, escalate, and drive satisfactory resolution of clients’ needs and demands within scope of expectations
Work with customer support, technical operations, product management, development and engineering teams to determine client requirements and provide communication to all parties
Provide technology or product updates to clients on an as needed basis
Participate in the creation of new processes and tools to support a fast-growing business
Incorporate requirements from external parties and assess impact on project timetables and deliverables
Ensure client issues are tracked and delivered on within appropriate deadlines
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience as an Account Manager
Must have experience in the Crypto/Web3/Blockchain industry
Experience working with trading or post-trading, payment, or financial processing products
Experience with emerging blockchain technologies
Passionate about the blockchain and Crypto space
Knowledge of Financial Technology
Possess strong business judgment, influencing skills, leadership and communication abilities
Be a self-starter that can work autonomously, take initiative and goal-oriented
