Serve as the face of the company for assigned clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from products
Build deep, trusted relationships with exchanges, brokerages, and fintechs
Proactively manage client needs and drive adoption of new features
Manage, escalate, and drive satisfactory resolution of client needs within scope of expectations
Work with customer support, technical operations, product management, development and engineering teams to determine client requirements and communicate to all parties
Provide technology or product updates to clients as needed
Participate in creation of new processes and tools to support fast-growing business needs
Incorporate requirements from external parties and assess impact on project timetables and deliverables
Learn and speak to AlphaPoint’s applications and ensure client issues are tracked and delivered within deadlines
Exhibit strong business judgment, influencing skills, leadership, communication, and ability to work autonomously
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience as an Account Manager
Must have experience in the Crypto/Web3/Blockchain industry
Experience working with trading or post-trading, payment, or financial processing products
