Engineering Manager

• Oversee all engineering delivery lines and development teams (15+ engineers)
• Build and mentor a strong leadership team (Development Leads, Engineering Managers)
• Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Develop career paths and growth opportunities for engineers at all levels
• Recruit, hire, and retain top engineering talent
• Drive a rigorous practice of thorough documentation and knowledge sharing and code reviews.
• Act as an ‘internal ambassador’ for the engineering team to other groups, communicating the opportunities and constraints technology offers to the development of our internal projects.
• Resolve escalations arising from internal teams and manage client expectations alongside various teams to minimize production incidents and operations
• Manage technical debt to ensure our development velocity stays responsive and predictable
• Align teams to broader company objectives and client expectations improvements on efficiency

VP of Engineering

Account Manager

• Manage, escalate, drive satisfactory resolution of client’s needs and demands within scope of expectations, as well as provide partnership.
• Work with customer support, technical operations, product management, development and engineering teams to determine client requirements and provide communication to all parties.
• Provide technology or product updates to clients on an as needed basis.
• Participate in the creation of new processes and tools as necessary to support the needs and requirements of a fast-growing business.
• Incorporate requirements from external parties and assess impact on project timetables and deliverables
• Possess the ability to learn and speak to AlphaPoint’s applications.
• Ensure client issues are tracked and delivered on within appropriate deadlines.

Data Engineer

• Build a scalable and highly performant infrastructure to process batch and real-time workloads
• Work with the AI engineering team and external engineering teams to monitor and extract data from a vast array of data sources
• Implement ETL data pipelines
• Architect backend data solutions to support various microservices
• Develop third-party integrations with large-scale legacy systems

Cloud Data Engineer

Account Executive

• Responsible for working within the Sales team to achieve quarterly revenue targets and other commercial objectives by marketing, sales and account management teams.
• Partnering with other sales team members to deliver the strategic and tactical plan for revenue growth.
• Ongoing track and evaluate all data points and always test new initiatives to learn what moves the needle.
• Be hands on, work on, and win, your own key opportunities and personally assist individual team members to win theirs.
• Work with what you have, or find work-arounds, to get the job done independently of tools, systems, processes or other resources in the being available or not

Growth Marketing

• Develop and execute innovative, scalable growth strategies across multiple creative channels. Design and run rapid A/B tests to optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, and onboarding processes Use analytics tools to track KPIs, interpret performance data, and report actionable insights Collaborate within AI Labs product, engineering, and design teams to drive user engagement and retention Identify and execute new growth opportunities through traditional and non-traditional means. Identify and research new channels to distribute products (reddit, discord, youtube, etc…)

• Serve as the face of the company for assigned clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our products
• Build deep, trusted relationships with exchanges, brokerages, and fintechs
• Manage, escalate, and drive satisfactory resolution of clients’ needs and demands within scope of expectations
• Work with customer support, technical operations, product management, development and engineering teams to determine client requirements and provide communication to all parties
