Account Manager

• Serve as the face of the company for assigned clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from products
• Build deep, trusted relationships with exchanges, brokerages, and fintechs
• Proactively manage client needs and drive adoption of new features
• Manage, escalate, and drive satisfactory resolution of client needs within scope of expectations
• Work with customer support, technical operations, product management, development and engineering teams to determine client requirements and communicate to all parties
• Provide technology or product updates to clients as needed
• Participate in creation of new processes and tools to support fast-growing business needs
• Incorporate requirements from external parties and assess impact on project timetables and deliverables
• Learn and speak to AlphaPoint’s applications and ensure client issues are tracked and delivered within deadlines
• Exhibit strong business judgment, influencing skills, leadership, communication, and ability to work autonomously
