Help drive commercial opportunities through partners supporting Chainlink Labs' capital markets customers
Partner Acquisition: deep focus on signing mutually exclusive deals with highest priority partners
Joint Business Development: develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies and business plans to drive mutual revenue growth and brand visibility
Day-to-day partner management for priority partners servicing tokenization and TradFi operations workflows; cultivate deep relationships with key decision makers
Embed Chainlink technology and products in partner operational flows and technology stacks
Drive early-stage pipeline generation at scale through targeted discovery and qualification based on understanding of entity needs
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to operationalize partner integrations and deliverables
Requirements
10+ years total experience, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in banking and capital markets industry, institutional finance, business development, partnerships or related fields
Strong understanding of TradFi and DeFi markets and their tech infrastructure
Experience working in a startup/fintech or fast-paced environment with evidence of converting high work ethic into stand out personal and team results
Strong relationship management ability to identify, build, nurture and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and partners
Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously (Preferred)
Tokenization industry expertise and understanding of the Institutional RWA landscape and/or digital asset management (Preferred)
Strong experience selling solutions to Custodians, Fund Administrators, and other partners in the tokenized asset mobility value chain (Preferred)
Ability to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST)
