About the role
- Lead the production and coordination of drawing sets from concept through construction administration
- Collaborate with designers, consultants, and fabricators to ensure the design intent is carried through to completion
- Produce detailed interior architectural plans, elevations, sections, and custom millwork drawings
- Review and incorporate building codes, ADA standards, and jurisdictional requirements
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve design and technical issues
- Participate in site visits, field verifications, and construction observations
- Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in interior architecture, with a focus on high-end residential or boutique commercial/hospitality projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit (preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and custom fabrication
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment
