About the role
- Drive priority AI initiatives and provide critical leverage to the Director of AI & Impact in advancing Vista’s AI strategy
- Oversee program execution across practice groups, portfolio companies, and leadership forums
- Manage workflows, synthesize insights, measure outcomes, and drive cross-functional coordination
- Drive coordination of AI initiatives and frameworks that provide structure, benchmarks, and best practices across the portfolio
- Ensure portfolio companies are connected to Vista’s AI vision through CEO forums, executive communications, and consistent reporting
- Support internal coordination of AI program updates, tracking progress across practice groups and portfolio companies
- Develop and manage AI communication strategy, including newsletters, enablement resources, and event content
- Capture and share best practices, case studies, and success stories to accelerate adoption across the portfolio
- Enhance knowledge management systems and infrastructure to support the scaling of AI priority initiatives across Vista
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience in management consulting, investment, corporate strategy, or program/project management (exposure to SaaS, technology and/or AI highly preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple, complex workstreams with precision and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-ready materials and synthesizing inputs across diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate high-level strategy into clear, actionable plans and deliverables
- Ability to work cross-functionally, build relationships, and influence without direct authority
- Familiarity with AI trends, enterprise software, and collaboration tools; comfort working with new platforms and frameworks
- Proactive learner with interest in emerging technologies, especially AI, and enthusiasm for driving adoption at scale
