About the role
- Provide 1:1 coaching and strategic guidance to financial advisors on business growth, client segmentation, workflows, and team development
- Assess advisor practice structures and create customized improvement plans across sales, service, marketing, and operations
- Deliver insights on client acquisition strategies, time-blocking, lead generation, and performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and training sessions for advisor development
- Serve as a sounding board and accountability partner to help advisors stay focused and aligned with their business goals
- Track progress and impact of coaching efforts using internal tools and KPIs
Requirements
- Proven experience coaching or consulting financial advisors is required
- Proven experience in advisor practice management
- Deep understanding of the financial advisory business model, including independent practices, broker-dealers, and RIAs
- Strong knowledge of practice management principles: operational workflows, team structure, client experience design, CRM, and marketing strategy
- Demonstrated experience coaching financial advisors (this is a critical requirement)
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Highly strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced certifications (e.g., CFP®, ChFC®, MBA) are a plus
