About the role

  • Work directly with clients to learn their goals and establish how the company can meet them
  • Regularly meet quotas, goals and other client expectations
  • Help clients understand the limits of their budget or resources
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Present products to prospective clients and provide professional after-sales support
  • Remain in frequent contact with clients to understand their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to preserve company reputation and customer contentment
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Oversee a team to ensure products/services are delivered on time, on budget and to client standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in other sales/customer service role
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • Ability to regularly meet quotas, goals and project deadlines
  • Manage entire sales cycle from prospecting to securing deals
  • Experience negotiating agreements and keeping records of sales and data
  • Provide professional after-sales support and customer issue resolution
  • Hours: Hybrid 8am-5pm EST
