About the role
- Work directly with clients to learn their goals and establish how the company can meet them
- Regularly meet quotas, goals and other client expectations
- Help clients understand the limits of their budget or resources
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
- Present products to prospective clients and provide professional after-sales support
- Remain in frequent contact with clients to understand their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to preserve company reputation and customer contentment
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Oversee a team to ensure products/services are delivered on time, on budget and to client standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in other sales/customer service role
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Ability to regularly meet quotas, goals and project deadlines
- Manage entire sales cycle from prospecting to securing deals
- Experience negotiating agreements and keeping records of sales and data
- Provide professional after-sales support and customer issue resolution
- Hours: Hybrid 8am-5pm EST
