- Handle high-level litigation and trial responsibilities for public education sector clients
Requirements
- 10+ years of employment law experience, ideally within public sector litigation
- Demonstrated trial experience defending public school districts or education entities
- Extensive background in litigation, including depositions, motions, hearings, and trial prep
- Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills
- Familiarity with the legal landscape governing California public agencies and education employers
- California-based attorneys preferred
