Requirements
Proven recruitment experience (agency or 360 desk preferred).
Strong account management skills — able to build trust and drive placements.
Comfort with light business development (reactivating warm/stale accounts, handling inbound leads).
Organized, proactive, and results-driven in a high-volume environment.
Excellent communicator with a professional presence for U.S. client interaction.
