Understand complex client technical requirements and architect Alpha CRC's localization technology solutions to meet their specific business and technical objectives
Manage all aspects of the technical sales process, from technical discovery and solution design to proposal development, technical presentations, and deal closure
Stay at the forefront of localization technology trends, including CAT tools, TMS platforms, API integrations, automation solutions, and emerging AI/ML technologies in the localization space to provide cutting-edge insights to clients
Work closely with internal technical teams, project managers, and engineering experts to ensure seamless solution delivery and technical implementation success
Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, identifying their localization technology pain points and architecting tailored solutions that drive efficiency and scalability
Report to CCO on technical sales activities, solution pipeline progress, and revenue targets using CRM tool (Pipedrive) and technical metrics (MEDDPICC)
Requirements
Proven experience in technical sales or solutions architecture, with a focus on selling complex technology solutions and services
Demonstrated success in managing technical sales cycles from discovery to implementation
Strong understanding of localization technologies, translation management systems, or related enterprise software
Confident technical communicator, capable of engaging with CTOs, IT directors, and technical decision-makers
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions
Proficiency in solution architecture and technical documentation
Proficient in leveraging LinkedIn and other digital tools for technical lead generation and relationship building
Experience with technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and solution presentations
Familiarity with the IT/technology/DXT sectors and localization technology landscape
Understanding of enterprise software integration, APIs, and technical implementation processes
A self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented, and technically curious mindset
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex technical sales cycles
