About the role
- Proactively identify and qualify new prospects through outbound calls, emails, social selling, networking, and other creative outreach strategies.
- Target organizations within our ideal customer profile using industry tools, databases, and LinkedIn.
- Engage early-stage prospects with value-driven conversations to uncover needs and prepare them for handoff to the National Sales Managers.
- Collaborate with marketing to follow up on campaign leads, events, and webinars, converting marketing-generated leads into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all activities, contacts, and opportunities in HubSpot.
- Assist with scheduling discovery calls, preparing prospect briefs, and providing pre-call research to the National Sales Managers.
- Gather and share prospect and industry insights with sales and marketing to refine messaging and strategy.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity, meeting, and qualified opportunity targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years in a sales development, inside sales, or lead generation role (preferably in B2B or healthcare-related industries).
- Experience prospecting into complex organizations with multiple decision-makers a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred)
