• Work closely with Software and Data Engineers as part of the Platform team to build, maintain, and optimize scalable and secure infrastructure environments that support critical business operations and data platforms.

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for carriers and freight forwarders during interface onboarding
• Coordinate and manage onboarding scope, timelines, and expectations with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Configure integration settings in the TMS and prepare test data required for onboarding
• Support and execute technical integration testing, including message validation, error analysis, and issue resolution guidance
• Analyze interface messages and support carriers in resolving integration issues
