Bridge between data science and creative strategy, leveraging AI and automation to build and lead a cutting-edge creative function that drives user acquisition
Develop and implement an AI-driven workflow for rapid creative testing and iteration
Use data analysis and AI tools to optimize creative performance and ensure a strong return on ad spend (ROAS)
Collaborate with UA channel owners and the wider creative team to align on strategy and deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation within the creative production process
Requirements
Proven experience in a quantitative or analytical role, ideally with a background in user acquisition, data science, or engineering
Strong understanding of AI/ML tools and workflows for creative generation and optimization
Excellent communication skills for effectively bridging the gap between technical data and creative output
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in creative performance
Bonus: Experience working with large-scale data sets and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Ability to be present in the Berlin office five days a week
