About the role
- Bridge between data science and creative strategy, leveraging AI and automation to build and lead a cutting-edge creative function that drives user acquisition
- Develop and implement an AI-driven workflow for rapid creative testing and iteration
- Use data analysis and AI tools to optimize creative performance and ensure a strong return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Collaborate with UA channel owners and the wider creative team to align on strategy and deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation within the creative production process
Requirements
- Proven experience in a quantitative or analytical role, ideally with a background in user acquisition, data science, or engineering
- Strong understanding of AI/ML tools and workflows for creative generation and optimization
- Excellent communication skills for effectively bridging the gap between technical data and creative output
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in creative performance
- Bonus: Experience working with large-scale data sets and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Ability to be present in the Berlin office five days a week
