About the role
- Partner with GTM and Finance leadership to help drive strategic decisions through data-driven insights and clear reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and models that inform sales capacity, pipeline coverage, and revenue pacing
- Leverage AI tools (e.g. GPTs, Zapier, custom LLM workflows) to automate reporting, CRM hygiene, and operational alerts
- Translate messy data into clean narratives: What’s working? What’s not? What’s next?
- Own CRM quality and GTM tech stack governance across tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong and related tools
- Support pricing, packaging, and segmentation analyses across Solv’s growing product lines
- Implement operating cadences that help a lean team execute at enterprise scale
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in RevOps, BizOps, or GTM Analytics, ideally in SaaS or healthtech
- High fluency with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), Sheets/Excel, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau)
- Bonus: SQL or dbt
- You’ve used AI tools to increase productivity or automate workflows—whether via no-code tools or custom-built solutions
- Have strong business judgment and ability to create structure in ambiguous situations
- Are collaborative, curious, fast-moving and comfortable in a startup that values ownership and urgency.
