Solutions Engineer

Product Operations

• Product Success Ownership: Solv’s product suite is comprehensive and targets complex customer needs. In this role, you will become an expert on our intake and payment products. As the owner of the product success of these products for our customer base, conduct advanced solutioning to solve problems for customers, utilizing your ability to navigate database and agentic robotic process automation logs.
• Drive customer product success at scale across assigned products, improving the end user experience and ensuring scalability.
• Monitoring & Action: Monitor product performance metrics, and spearhead improvement projects to hit product KPIs. Track and document key SOPs, enabling increased visibility and simplifying impact-based product change analyses.
• Quality Assurance: Own QA of intake and payment products pre-go-live for enterprise and key customers. Document QA processes across products to enable success at scale.
• AI Enablement: Leverage AI tools, such as Glean, to better enable product optimization initiatives. Identify and action opportunities to automate across monitoring and QA initiatives. Create and communicate high-quality, product documentation that enables customer teams to succeed.

Product Operations Analyst

Growth Marketing

• Analyze our provider TAM to identify high-value expansion opportunities and build targeted go-to-market strategies for different segments
• Partner with Sales, Success, and Product teams to develop and execute initiatives that drive cross-sell, upsell, and new customer acquisition
• Design and lead customer marketing programs that deepen adoption, drive product stickiness, and expand wallet share across provider accounts
• Own the end-to-end execution of revenue-driving initiatives, from customer segmentation and messaging to multi-channel plays (ABM, lifecycle, digital, and events) and performance tracking
• Collaborate with our Product Marketing lead to adapt core messaging and positioning for different customer segments and use cases
• Leverage customer insights, market research, and sales intelligence (Gong, Salesforce) to continuously refine targeting and messaging strategies
• Shape Solv’s GTM approach by developing repeatable frameworks for segmentation, campaign design, and measurement that align Marketing, Sales, and Success
• Leverage AI and automation not just for efficiency, but to predict churn risk, surface upsell opportunities, and dynamically personalize engagement at scale

• Partner with GTM and Finance leadership to help drive strategic decisions through data-driven insights and clear reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and models that inform sales capacity, pipeline coverage, and revenue pacing
• Leverage AI tools (e.g. GPTs, Zapier, custom LLM workflows) to automate reporting, CRM hygiene, and operational alerts
• Translate messy data into clean narratives: What’s working? What’s not? What’s next?
• Own CRM quality and GTM tech stack governance across tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong and related tools
• Support pricing, packaging, and segmentation analyses across Solv’s growing product lines
