About the role

  • Conduct cold calling, send emails, and leverage LinkedIn to set up meetings.
  • Source and nurture new customer relationships.
  • Build and manage loads within the Transportation Management System (TMS).
  • Participate in sales presentations alongside your Sales Coach.
  • Assist in creating sales dashboards and shadow sales leadership.
  • Help with scheduling, tracking, and follow-up on active shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the Operations Team on load assignments and updates to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on account activities and shipment statuses.

Requirements

  • Junior or Senior standing, pursuing a degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business (preferred)
  • Prior sales internship experience (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
