• Provide first line support to players and retailers within agreed departmental KPIs and Gambling Commission requirements
• Handle customer and retailer contacts via email and letter and complete associated actions within agreed performance and quality measures

• Build and maintain strong relationships with National Lottery retailers within an assigned territory

Retail Sales Executive

Engineering Manager

• Lead a team of data engineers in designing, building, and maintaining highly scalable, robust, and reliable data pipelines within an AWS environment.
• Drive the strategic direction for data warehousing, data modeling, data processing frameworks, and big data initiatives.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align engineering efforts with organizational data goals.
• Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue, Redshift, and related AWS services.

• Lead a team of reporting engineers: recruit, mentor, and foster a culture of continuous learning and self-service analytics
• Design, build, and optimise Power BI solutions, including Power Query, DAX, tabular modelling and visualization best practices
• Build and maintain robust tabular models to support self-service analytics and enforce row-level security
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure reliable data pipelines and integration
