About the role

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with National Lottery retailers within an assigned territory
  • Own territory management plans and prepare store visits
  • Deliver retail and marketing plans and support in-store standards
  • Drive sales and Returns to Good Causes through retailer advocacy and execution
  • Deliver Retail Key Performance Indicators and provide retail insight
  • Agree and ensure retailer compliance with player protection via Retail Training Centre (RTC)
  • Drive personal development through Retail Sales Academy (RSA)
  • Field-based role Monday to Friday, working in and around the Ashford territory; company car and fuel card provided
  • Fixed-term contract until 30 April 2026

Requirements

  • Previous field sales experience or customer service (ideal but not necessary)
  • You're always bringing new ideas to the table
  • Strong sales and commercial acumen
  • Confident speaking to retailers and building strong relationships
  • Experience of face to face selling
  • Ability to use IT packages and be IT literate
  • Good with numbers and able to analyse data and provide insight
  • Ability to deliver effective training with people at all levels
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across territory and wider regions when required
