About the role
- Provide first line support to players and retailers within agreed departmental KPIs and Gambling Commission requirements
- Handle customer and retailer contacts via email and letter and complete associated actions within agreed performance and quality measures
- Respond to customer queries including account issues, complaints and player system issues
- Escalate contentious issues to respective business areas
- Undertake ad-hoc data entry when requested
- Be available for training and work with team manager on quarterly objectives
- Act as an ambassador for Allwyn and promote offerings while achieving KPIs
Requirements
- Awareness of the mechanics of National Lottery products (Desirable but not essential)
- Awareness of working in a regulated business
- Strong customer advocacy and customer service
- Experience working in a team environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft suite products
- Excellent written skills
- Ability to work under pressure within a highly regulated business
- Willingness to attend training and meet KPIs
