Develop and execute strategies for diversity in hiring and build out an early in career talent strategy from scratch.
Define the strategy and enable your team to deliver virtual and IRL employee events that amplify our culture and values.
Design and execute a learning & development roadmap, ensuring maximum impact within budget.
Build and deliver internal trainings, source external offerings and measure program success through defined outcomes, metrics, and ROI.
Manage AllTrail’s global Contractor Program, supporting onboarding/offboarding, partnering with our vendors and driving efficiencies in our processes.
Requirements
5-8 years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR, or Talent roles.
2+ years of management experience leading a small team within a People/HR function.
5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a demonstrated track record of closing challenging roles.
Strong people project management skills and experience designing and executing people programs.
High sense of urgency, accountability, and follow-through is non-negotiable.
Expert ability to streamline People processes and leverage technology for efficiency.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on serving internal customers and stakeholders.
A "hands-on" operator who is not afraid to dive into the details while maintaining a strategic perspective.
